This article explains media specifications for media and advertisement spots to be displayed in Fan App.
1. Go to app.scorevision.com and log in to your ScoreVision Cloud account using your credentials. Once logged in, you will be on the dashboard screen. Select MEDIA from the navigation bar on the left side of the window.
2. Click on MEDIA LIBRARY on the navigation bar. The click EDIT on a previously created group or click CREATE NEW GROUP. Scroll down to view the two media categories related to Fan App - Fan App Event Feed and Fan App Features.
3. All images added to your ScoreVision Cloud account must be in JPEG, PNG, or NON-ANIMATED GIF formats. Videos must be in MP4 or M4V FORMAT, ONE MINUTE OR LESS in length, and must be smaller than 1GB in size.
Scroll down to view the two media categories related to Fan App: Fan App Event Feed and Fan App Features. Specifications are listed above the categories. Fan App Event Feed media requires 1920 x 300 image size and Fan App Features media requires 500 x 500 image size.
4. When you click on the preview image of the Fan App, a help wing slides open with additional information including the artwork specifications and recommended dpi.
